POEM FROM A TRUE STORY (#7)

While seeing the lovely “Shun Li and the Poet" as part of my Netfllx Binge, I was moved to interrupt the movie to write

I forgot how
the wind brought
me to you
you to me
though an ocean
is relentless
between us

I'm stuck in the "I forgot" structure, as inspired by the "I forgot" poem in Tom Beckett's Diptstick(Dyptych)... whose launch you should attend in New York City this Friday!
