A VIDEO, A CHECK

Okay.  That’s a moment.  It’s the first time Meritage Press was acknowledged on film, in this case a documentary entitled “Stormed” put together by Italian journalist and film maker Francesco Conte.  Got the credit because MP published VERSES TYPHOON YOLANDA which featured the poem “Sumpa Ng Kawayan” by Joi Barrios-Leblanc which was used as a voice-over for some of the documentary’s scenes.  It appears about 21:41 in the film, which you can see at http://vimeo.com/99549556
